The Aziz Tabba Dialysis Center commenced under the banner of Aziz Tabba Foundation (ATF) in 1995 as a 4-unit dialysis facility. ATF is a personal philanthropic venture of Mr. Abdul Razzaq Tabba that aims to benefit the local community; ATF is a Section 42 (not-for-profit) company and registered with Pakistan Center for Philanthropy. Aziz Tabba Dialysis center was renamed in 2001 as Tabba Kidney Institute (TKI), and in 2016 was relocated to its current premises; a purpose built facility to accommodate comprehensive prophylaxis and therapeutic management of nephro-urological diseases.
