The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) also known as CBD Punjab, established under the LCBDDA Act of Parliament (revised to PCBDDA) in 2021, is Pakistan’s first self-funded Central Business District, driving sustainable urban development across 1100+ acres. With streamlined approvals and investor-friendly policies, it aims to build a modern economic hub in Punjab, integrating innovation, growth, and sustainability. CBD Quaid District spans 178 acres at the old Walton Airport site, blending commercial, residential, and retail spaces to create a vibrant, future-ready urban centre honouring Quaid-e-Azam. CBD Bab District, covering 118 acres, revolves around the Bab-e-Pakistan monument, featuring a future diplomatic enclave—symbolizing a gateway to progress. CBD Grand Souq Lahore on Ferozepur Road is a cultural marketplace merging local crafts with global retail, redefining Lahore’s retail and tourism. CBD NSIT City, spread over 800 acres near DHA Lahore, focuses on IT, education, and film, offering innovative hubs for startups, universities, and film production—driving Pakistan’s creative and tech economy.
