PASHA

P@SHA was formed in 1992 by a number of software and IT companies to create a functional trade association for the IT industry of Pakistan. Primary aim of the association was to form a strong cluster of IT and IT enabled companies that can lobby with the government to develop policies and initiatives that will encourage the development of the IT industry and attract more member companies to join the industry. Over the last 3 decades, the scope and impact of the association scaled manyfold with four main pillars including, industry engagement, government relations, brand and global outreach, skill and capacity development. There are other industry sector initiatives as well as special initiatives taken up by the association to support the IT industry.
